New Greens Hall Hire in St Albans

New Greens Club offers, for hire, of our function hall making this St Albans premier Function Hall without the premier price tag.

Our hall is available to hire 7 days a week which can accommodate most types of social events…. Birthdays, Parties, Wedding receptions, Children’s party’s (up to 10 years of age), Meetings, instructional courses, funeral receptions to mentions just a few. The hall is also available for hire during the day to accommodate local resident groups for a variety of activities.

The Hall is licensed for a total number of 150 people (including staff), has an integral fully licensed bar and kitchen.

So whatever purpose intended gives us a call. We are situated on the north side of St Albans just 5 minutes from the town centre making the ideal hall to hire in St Albans for any occasion.

Hall Hire Charges and Terms & Conditions
  1. We do not accept bookings for 18th birthday celebrations.
  2. £50 returnable deposit paid at the time of booking or not less than 4 weeks before your event. Deposit to be returned subject to any damage/ Loss of property or excessive levels of mess at the Bar Managers discretion- Please leave the Hall and Kitchen as you find it.
  3. For all functions requiring hire of the Hall, Bar & Kitchen: £150.00
  4. For all functions requiring Hall hire & Kitchen without bar: £25.00 per hour.
  5. Kitchen equipment may well be insufficient for your function so please enquire as you may have to hire in additional equipment.
  6. The hirer must be in attendance at the function or if unable to attend must nominate a responsible other. They will be responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times whilst on premises. The committee would also like to take this opportunity to remind you to respect our neighbours and when exiting the premises keep all noise to a minimum.
  7. 6. Bar opening times, Music and entertainment are only permitted during licensing hours. Please ask our Bar Manager about licensing hours for your event.
  8. 7. STAPLES AND ADHESIVE TAPE MAY NOT BE USED WHEN PUTTING UP DECORATIONS.
  9. Only products purchased on the premises maybe consumed on the premises.
