The past few months has seen a great entertaining time at the club with events peaking on New Year’s Eve when members, family and friends enjoying a fantastic evening seeing in the New Year.

The evening certainly rocked with ‘One for the road’ band playing great all round dancy music, but all managed to stagger home safely – well after midnight!

For one of our long term members it was especially memorable as she scooped our top £1000 Xmas Raffle prize. Keeping the excitement going Santa even turned up at our Kids Xmas Party to distribute presents much to the little ‘uns delight.

Senior residents / members also were invited to our annual Xmas Party, which for many is one of their festive highlights enjoying complimentary buffet, few drinks and a lot of good times chat and banter!

Sports addicts also got a look in when we added the big Joshua fight to our
Sky sports package in early Dec, which was a welcome addition and saw many old and new faces turning up, happily the right result for our champ!
This type of popular additional sports event is on our radar for rest of year if we know support is there.

With our 2020 plans now on the table we are busy organising event dates to include live bands with the first ‘MLC’, already booked for 22nd Feb, also discos, Paul Stevens Darts Charity Tournament, Six Nations Rugby, All live England Euro Championship games and a Sandown Racing outing.
